At work there were a few electrical things we needed addressed so I called Mr sparky to come out and give us a quote. Matthew was the technician that showed up and he did a great job. He was very nice and was thorough. Would recommend him to help with anything in the future.

Matthew came by from Mister Sparky to fix my lights and did a great job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He explained what the issue was, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciate the quality of his work and his attitude. I can't say enough about Matthew's professionalism, empathy, tenacity, patience and understanding to the situation I had with my home's electrical issue. He even took the time to explain and teach me the cause and effects of what was going on. As most of us, I've dealt with different specialists concerning different issues in my home over the years. As a woman, I've been talked down too, walked away from, ignored, etc. The team that came out to my home was respectful, kind, knowledgeable and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend Mr. Sparky and their team of specialists and also Matthew gets high praise for keeping my home safe and sound for the years to come. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the work Douglas did while installing our ceiling fan. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also identified some other work that needed to be done around our house. He took care of it quickly and efficiently. He was professional and extremely patient in dealing with us. I would give him a 5 star review!!

Me and my family decided we better write a review for James Anders and his team at Mister Sparky Electric in Birmingham. An electrician friend of ours went out to one of our rentals a few days ago. He called me after the visit, said he was sorry, but that there was just no way he could take on that work order, that there was too much to fix. I couldn't fix it either, and since I was desperate, I asked around for recommendations. James was recommended, so we decided to let him have a look. In less than 24 hours, he went out, inspected everything, and gave us a detailed estimate with fantastic detail. We were relieved to have found someone willing to take on this migraine job so we took a chance and hired him. It turned out to be a FANTASTIC decision. I cannot believe how quickly he got everything fixed and what great shape it's in, and somehow he and his team got it done in one day! He also provided amazing detail and pictures in the invoice, and a warranty on the service. James, THANK YOU for the amazing work, and let me know if you ever get a training manual out that would teach me and my kids to run our business as incredibly well as you run yours! :)

Kevin was my Electrician, He was very professional and knowledgeable and paid close attention to what I needed to have dine. He worked in a very timely manner and got the job done.
